Does the added revenue cover the life insurance policy so your family can finally stand a chance of having financial freedom?

I disliked training so much that it would take more money than anyone would reasonably offer for me to do it again. I was good at it. Several members on this forum were my students. I just really don't want to train ever again. At least OTR anyway, I would train locally.
Midnightrider909, Lepton1 and cuzzin it Thank this. -
There is never any team driving allowed as a trainer. Bulk was generally 2 weeks but could be shorter or longer, situation depending.
-
So you suggest getting a bunch of life insurance first?Lepton1 and KillingTime Thank this.

You're dead.... can you really care? - Fleet Representative paraphrasing their Insurance Company.

I always thought trainers got paid for the miles that trainees drove.

I only had one student scare me. This whole idea of killer students is very overblown in my opinion. Perhaps it was because I worked at Schneider. The students had to have passed the instructors before they got to me and those guys were fairly tough. The job was a lot of things but dangerous wasn't one of them.Lepton1 Thanks this.

Depends on the company. Technically I did get paid for the miles they drove. 1,000 mile run pays the same to me regardless of who was driving.Midnightrider909 Thanks this.

Potentially.
I trust myself, Midnight...... I find it really hard to trust anyone else, and i know - I know - somebody has to get the new guys out there and acclimated... It just wouldn't ever be me.
