I'll add one more thing at the end of that second year lease you could also take all that cash or most of it for a really nice down payment on the exact truck you want.

    QuietStorm Thanks this.

I live close to Cedar Rapids. No problem finding freight out of the house and back home that pays respectable.

    IMHO....

    Anybody CAN do Schneider Choice....

Anybody CAN FAIL on Schneider Choice...

It's all about YOU, your work ethic, and your business sense...

It's NOT about an ungoverned truck, driving lots of miles, and doing the loads you 'like' to do....

    Roll on...

I would if I had the credit.

I thought they only offered 1 year leases on the Cascadia, if so I'm not really not interested in keeping one of those . as far as learning the freight trends in have nothing but time to invest in it.

Sorry for the brief replies, taking 30 where 89 meets 44 in commiefornia

It will always be okay, just saying that doing macro economic forecasting right now is a throw of the dice.

India, China, South Africa, and Italy all have some serious economic and sociopolitical hurdles to face in the coming year. Greece is still a mess and the rest of Eastern Europe is still dealing with leftover issues from the Industrial Revolution.

Brexit is still a big unknown. Even God doesn't know the true state of the Russian economy.

OPEC is losing any semblance of control over its member states and by extension the cost of oil.

Domestically we face a tightening monetary policy and an unknown fiscal policy (this would be true had the Democrats won as well). Housing is either ramping up or about to burst depending on what day you ask the "expert". Equities overall are at all time highs but certain sectors (retail, transportation) are stagnant.

All I'm saying is that my tea leaves aren't saying anything.

    Tea leaves are very fickle.

The main reason I don't want a cascadia is to entice other drivers to drive for me in the future when i do get the truck i want.

Saying if you buy used more money will go in your reserved account if you buy new truck note will be more but less money go in your reserved account.personally I be leave if a driver buy a truck he really want to drive the driver will be more successful
