Where is the DPF system injector?

Is it telling you that it needs a parked regen? If it is, then your best bet is to find a shop with the software.

I'm trying to best I can with very limited information here. You never answered when was the last time you cleaned it, so I assume never. It may be plugged beyond cleaning and need to be replaced from a lack of maintenance. It should be cleaned once a year.

There are also other things that need to be done on theses engines to keep them working correctly, ignore them and they break down more. Read the maintenance recommendations and follow them. I'm guessing that the DPF, DEF and EGR systems are well overdue for maintenance, probably some other things as well.

dd15 has one HC doser injector after turbo on s-pipe and one def doser injector on 1-box. HC doser injector is only for regen.

 

nope, the problem is something else. the precondition values. exhaust temp, fuel pressure, .... read all active codes to see what is the fault

 

Hello everyone. I have a kenworth 2012 with paccar mx and need to replace or clean DPF injector but can’t find where is it Please if someone has photo of any idea please please tell me thank you

 

The DPF injector on the EPA 10 engine is mounted on the front side of the BPV pipe toward the engine block and is a PITA to replace. Its easier to drop the flex pipe and clean the doser tip from inside the cobra pipe than it is to remove the doser.
