A big one that is always overlooked esp when you change trailers a lot... the trailer registration...is it there and up todate?
-
Back in truck driving school I talked my instructor into taking me to the chicken house for a voluntary inspection so I could get an idea of what to expect. He agreed. There was no registration in the trailer LOL.
-
I always checked.. about 20% were missing or out of date. Contacted company and had them fax me a updated one.
-
I check every single trailer registration before I hook.
The truck is pretripped for 45 minutes before we leave the yard at the start of our cycle. And the triangles and paperwork are on the list. Pull the book and check the dates on all paperwork.
Lawyers cost money and a pretrip saves me headaches.
Registration should be in a pouch with ALL of your paperwork needed to go in and out of each state. -
Mines. I'll pay it send me the info.
TaterWagon#62 Thanks this.
