found a relative that lived in a low-tax state and used their address for cdl then just went there once to transfer my license over and once more to pick it up.

 

And got a cell phone for a month there and opened up a local bank account to show papers. then got rid of the phone and closed the account.

 

Just use whatever you have nowand then once you're on the road get rid of the place.
