What I was referring to at the time was the over sensitive radar. I've been running for about 4 years and this was the most sensitive one I've had. Hotlanta got me pulled into the office when I'm already a hyper safety type. Can't do much about traffic continuously jumping in front of you and you're supposed to have 2 minutes to correct but someone else jumps in front of you again. Nothing personal but with jb being the biggest and handling their own brokerage, mileage should be more.

Sorry but I wouldn't touch cre, swift, etc. I've been on the road 4 yrs so I understand the mechanics of the industry. I've converted to owner op and made 1600 for a trip plus fuel from Rochelle, il To Alcoa, tn. Average payouts are around 600/load but a lot at the 2000/load plus range pulling a reefer. Good luck with jb.

Does anybody have any info on the San Bernardino yard? They offered me a regional job with 2350-2500 miles weekly, 34 hr reset at home and possible 10 hr breaks at home. I've heard a lot of negatives of JB not delivering on miles they promised but I haven't seen anything in the southern CA area. Can anybody help? I'd hate to leave my job now for something less

I'm a retiree with 4 yes otr. Pretty sure I'm on the money when providing info for newbies to read about. Don't like my comments then don't read them. Move on.

Never believe a recruiter. Mileage only comes to those who stay with a company for a couple years.

4 years.... Congrats! I see your brand new to this site. Maybe there will be posts on here to help you learn as well.

BTW, I know a lot of experienced drivers. They are trainers at Werner with 3 months driving experience. Who am I to argue with a trainer?

Recruiters don't usually lie. That would get them fired. What they do is withhold the truth. You have to learn to ask the right questions. When you ask certain questions directly, they change their attitude and either want to end the call or start to talk to you as an adult. It never hurts to follow up this information by talking to a few drivers on the account as well.

Nope, reread my posts in their entirety. I hate when people don't have complete information because they're too lazy to read. If you've driven hotlanta then you'd know what I'm referring to.
