    True about changing laws, ruels and regulations.

    seems every time I pulled bladed equipment in Alabama things changed every permit. One day pilot required on a 10'6 load next time nothing extra needed.

    Transport National has 2 terminals in WI and one in Youngstown. They have others, but these closest to you.
    Also try Lone Star Transportation based in Ft. Worth.

    With some of the new technology available, cheap wireless full color cameras are available. building a simple mount makes it a great tool.
