    Well if it is workers comp disability and they have the same insurance carrier that his other job has they can say we have a problem this person is a risk get rid of them.
    People sign a release for the company to pull up prior workers comp claims they can also check with the workers comp claims office in their state with that release.

    If his disability applies to the job then the outfit should know. Other wise they don't need to know. Companies could just black ball him for having been on workers comp. This would render anyone from ever using workers comp insurance for fear they could never get a job again. It doesn't quite work out right if this is the case.

    Maybey that is why you have had 3 otr jobs in 6 months the company finds the fib's and then your out the door.
