Yes for those days you don't take a shower, and vitamins for when you live off the roller dogs.

 

Also flushable wipes are an alternative. they smell different. otherwise youll need liquid soap a gallon of water, a rag, and a water heater unless you like cold privates.

 

That is exactly how I handle it, I just set the jug down by the heater. It works well enough in the winter, but summer is a different story.
