Try calling an electrical distributor, ask for a T&B brand cable tie, or a Panduit brand version. Look for the black ones that are UV stabilized, also maybe go with a wider and thicker tie (huge range of sizes on the above mentioned brands), than what you've been using. Ask them the temperature rating too. High quality cable ties are readily available, you won't find these in a dollar store or auto supply store. Yes they cost more, but the do much more than the average tie. And don't be fooled by a cheap black one either. If they're cheap, they just won't perform in extreme conditions. Also avoid the ones that have a stainless steel locking device, very thin piece of stainless, might rot out with road salt.
