Removing/Installing Radiator on 2011 Cascadia

    Disconnect fog lights, remove 8 bolts and bumper is off. Pull 3 bolts and hood is off. Drain coolant, disconnect plumbing, unbolt a/c condenser and carefully set it aside so hoses don't kink and pull CAC. Have someone help you or use a cherry picker to support radiator and pull 8 bolts and radiator will "walk" right out between frame rails. That's how I did them instead of fighting them with the hood on....not a hard job at all really. The top bolt that holds reservoir to radiator likes to spin the insert in the plastic top tank...either cut the head off or burn it out with an impact.
