Blackshack, did you read your read comment to me or did you just post it because your were bored??? There has been a long standing tradition of people talking crap around the buffet table at Petro or the Fuel Lanes about a company and then someone makes their way here and starts commenting on a company based solely upon what they have heard. They know nothing abiut the company but know that Joe Trucker says a company sucks, they did this to him they did that to him and it is the worst company in existence.
What Joe Trucker fails to mention is that they rear ended a car in a mall parking lot that they really should have never been in at all or they didn't pre trip their truck and failed a level 1 inspection in Ohio, or they refused a load and sat for two days while their dispatcher tried to finds something that was better, etc, etc, etc.
It was those type of posters, I was talking about, not those drivers who have bonafide reasons to be upset. If there is a bonafide reason to vent, then by all means vent here.
If Your Not a Current Driver or Recently Departed Then You Have Nothing to Comment On

No actually they need to run it by you first. I heard you do well at dealing with the ministers of misinformation which I guess I could be called in some respects, because I don't know it all, but I do know some things.
-
Obviously like so many the OP doesn't realize the ones that have negative comments are just trying to save yet another driver from disaster.Oh well more power to him he'll find out soon enough.Loose Leaf, poppapump1332, x1Heavy and 2 others Thank this.
-
Poppapump,
Thank you for the virtual fist bump, Lol. Lets see, $1.05 a mile compared to .30 cents per mile, hmmm, its a no brainer. By the way, my wife is retired and gets a really nice retirement income, I own my home and cars free and clear, so I am able to work for the net wages I will earn.
Its a business not a job for me. If I wanted to starve, I would have been a company driver for .39 cents a mile. -
Is it based upon actual experience???
-
Ppl know me,If I have something to say I'm going to say it as long as I'm not braking the forum rules.Loose Leaf, Texas_hwy_287, TROOPER to TRUCKER and 1 other person Thank this.
-
And you know these additional details about Joe's story how???
So it's ok to totally discredit Joe's story without personal first hand knowledge of the facts but don't do it to the company... ok, got it now.

Yes, I just like to debate issues...
Loose Leaf, Coover and pattyj Thank this. -
Patty, if the comments are based upon actual experience than have at it, if its based upon things heard with no knowledge of whether its truth or rumor, then it should not be posted. If I said hey guys PattyJ ran over a State Trooper and cannot drive a truck to save her life, yet you did no such thing ever and what I heard was simply someone bs'ing then would it be a good idea to post it???
-
How long have you been with Western?
-
By me? No thanks... I think most can decide for themselves between the honest feedback and personal vendetta from an unhappy driver.
No need to have anyone moderate them.Loose Leaf Thanks this.
