    Is it libel if it's true?

    I know Lance Armstrong had to pay back winnings from libel after he sued and was later convicted, federally, of doping... Lol, what a 'tard.

    I meant the guy that had his wife held hostage looked like a weiner, but in the snide remark of he was a real winner. The driver who saved her was the real winner, perhaps even saving her life.
