Our stores are from San Jose to the Orange County line, Nevada to the coast. You will be taking a lot of backhaul loads to Apple Valley, Red Bluff, Buckeye , Casa Grande and Hurricane. You can expect anywhere from 2200- 2600 miles a week, and lots of activity pay. And great cookouts, our safety man competes in bbq competions.

thanks for the info and sweet can't wait to meet the safety guy and talk a little BBQ with him is he pretty strick on the pre Trip and road test ? -
What did they ask? Is it like an intelligence test over the phone?
-
They just ask if you are a frequent Walmart shopper and if you want paper or plastic.
thejackal, XFM2013, runningman0661 and 2 others Thank this. -
Brush up on your pre trip, if you do it like you did when you got your cdl youll do fine. On the driving test forget your bad habits, no coasting to stop, stay in gear at all times including sitting at stop lights/signs. And when you back be sure to get out and look. But Blaze and Jesse are cool. The first person youll meet is our crazy HR manager Sidney.

I guess everywhere has a crazy HR person haha. so after the road test do they send u out for the physical afterwards or do they schedule another date ? Cuz my current company needs a week in advance so I can take a day off for it. and about how long does it take to get a assigned truck over there since im going to be on a extra board they told me. thanksLast edited: Dec 22, 2016

Physical and drug screen after road test and all. My orientation class got ours trucks in 9.5 months, but they increased our truck numbers, but before that it was taking about a year. If you are in the next class you will have 2 orientation calsses and some transferees in front of you.

ok cool that would be good to knock it out all in 1 day so why is there 2 orientations? or u mean 2 weeks of orientation?
