I though the miles were supposed to be 2200 - 3200? Do they not have another of miles to go around?

 

115,000 per year, when you take into account hometime days, is about right.

Last I heard it was going to be 5c pay raise. This is from a recruiter, as far as they last were updated.

Yeah, as far as $60K for 115K miles it's either some fuzzy math or a very experienced driver.

I made $45K+ for 115K miles I ran this year. OTR. 1st year driver.

Can't believe they've been talking about this for over a month now like it's a big f@cking secret and we don't know any more than we did in November.

 

Yeah, I'm getting a bit annoyed with it. I just want to know what I'll be making, especially with all these future trainees being told they'll make .41cpm. I don't make that even with performance pay now, I'll be pissed if I make less than someone brand new to company.

 

Thanks! I nearly did not call, as I got a short and sweet email from someone at Millis saying they do not do refresher training, only full school training only! But, the lady on the phone SURE! 15,000 miles with a trainer, and I would be good to go...

 

Are they going to charge you for that?

 

No, they will pay me for rolling with a trainer.

Okay, now you guys have me worried... does Millis put you in a truck for 15,000mi on your own dime? That is 5 to 8 weeks without pay if so... Seems to me that next year there is a pay increase for training up to .42CPM... what could I be missing here?
