Wow, I-40 goes north and south?? I think it's time for a 10 hr break!! Lol!!

Home. Sweet, glorious home.

 

Rawlins. I actually was going to stop in Rocks Springs, but.......

I'll pull in and see all 7 pumps taken, only one truck fueling.......so I park behind landstar and wait.


And wait


And wait.

Then he waddled out with a full pizza box and goodies piled onto top of it. He looks right at me before he gets in his truck.


And I wait



And I wait.

I go to get out of my truck to go ask him to move and another spot opens as its non fueling driver decides to leave.
I put my flashers on and back up, thanking Mr Landstar for taking his 30 minute break at the pumps, as he is still there, and he immediately starts running his mouth. I fuel and make sure to stand out in front of my truck and look directly at him and he ,of course, puts his head down pretends to suddenly be busy. I get down and pull forward and go in to pee. Come back out, and every single truck is still there. I was the only driver in the store. There was nobody in the lounge and no one in the store.
I hope back in my truck and go to leave and Landstar races out, flips me the bird and races out.

Had me steamed for a while.

 

Give the guy a break, pulling for landstarve he probably blew his whole settlement on that crappy truck stop pizza.
