2000 miles used to be .03 bonus

 

Yeah, I'm not quite sure what they were thinking, when they redid the payscales.

 

I know I seem like a cheerleader for Millis, but I'll tell you this: I'll wait to see how this pans out for us OTR guys before I go on a rant, but if this is true that we won't be getting performance pay anymore, I'm going to find it really difficult not to be disillusioned with Millis. It's terribly likely that they're going to see a number of empty trucks by the end of January.

'And that's ok with them...they want to recruit students, not keep experienced drivers. It all makes sense if you look at it that way. They make a lot of money off the schools and now that they pay more than anyone else for recruits, their schools should stay full.

there's always a reason and it's almost always about money.......and if you can screw a bunch of folks and make it look like a good thing, well then, aren't you the smart one.

I agree with the not wanting to keep experienced guys but the turning up trucks seems to be to attract experienced guys back to the company. If all they want is new guys they really shouldn't complain so much about all the rookie mistakes on the Qualcomm.
