Gotcha, op must be holding load until getting paid.

If your send owner an email giving them a location on equipment. Tell them you are going to call authorities get a report and have truck towed to storage. Don't hold the equipment up send them proof of why you're not legal to drive. Contact the customer if freight is involved and give them location.

on nov.27,2016 i was dispatched on a load after i had been on duty for about 12 hours.. i stopped to take a 10 when i woke up on nov. 28,2016 i had received several texts from employer stating that he was calling the state police if i didn,t call him.. since i hadn't been paid the prior week or this pay period i cleaned my things out of his semi..dec 20, 2016 i was notified by a detective that on nov.27,2016 larry d. brewer had filed charges for vehicle theft.
