That seems more fitting than how I got the nickname.
All the same, it stuck with me too.

    And you know that how?

I have a son that has dealt with different county child support agencies in Oregon, he moved from one county to another. I accompanied him on one occasion when he had become (through neglect) deliquent on paying his support and they suspended his license.

He went in pleaded his case and signed an agreement to pay so much on a certain date and they re-instated his license.

The moral of story is never neglect state or federal agencies you're on the hook to, they carry big sticks.

I always have payed for my kids you moron....I have had a change in careers, not that I owe you an explanation with your one way of thinking. Was seeking advice not judgement from the holier than tho. Who I guess live the perfect lives and everything is perfect in there lives. Plus the fact that at the end you don't know me or my family situation.

They just dont suspend your liscense for one or two months missed. It has to be several months and if you tell them you are not working, but prove you trying to gain employmwnt they wont jerk your liscense. That is what my wifes dad did when he changed jobs. Call me a moron all you want, but my original premise hasnt changed. Pay for your kids.

Since we are on the subject I despise how the system is set up. I think whom ever has the children should have to show receipts for where the money went at the very least.

    HAhahahHAHahHAhAhHAHAhHAhHAHHAha......... oh, you were serious?

We live in a system where a mother can be a crack head and you, as a man, still only have about a 10% chance of getting custody. You think they're going to require any kind of accounting?

And the sad part is, I'm only exaggerating by a very small amount here.

Dead serious I know what you mean about the system. Just something I have always thought that needed to be addressed!

No doubt. Many things should be addressed. They could start by explaining why they would suspend someones CDL when that is how they make the money they are supposed to use to pay the child support.

I'm all about punishing those who don't meet their obligation. I can't understand a system that removes their ability to work. It seems counter productive.
