It's great for Marxist sheep, globalists and those who seek to further restrict our rights and destroy the transportation system from the inside out.
-
Hireright does not have the responsibility to verify the information. All they are is a repository of information that aggregates it for other customers to access.
-
Class action lawsuits are saying otherwise.
-
How exactly is it going away. I think in some cases it is needed because quite a bit of drivers don't need to be.
-
YES.
They can even write things to make sure you do not get hired again. One in particular did that with me called a "Black list" meaning once you are on that list you cannot work or be hired in that particular sector. For me it happens to be with anyone hauling steel who checks with that one company. You wont see the black list on the DAC but that is one of the most damaging things any company can do to you...
Most of the time. YOU the driver decides your future. If you wanna be drunken and staggering on that MN Police Video your DAC will reflect that and you cannot be hired 5 years. IN my time it was a life time ban.
DAC is not the only paper that Trucking Companies look at. There is also the PSP, DMV etc.TROOPER to TRUCKER Thanks this. -
NICE! Hopefully mine will be here any day I forgot about those!

It's the big picture that brings a smile to my face. The $25 is just icing on the cake lol.
-
Why is it going away?x1Heavy Thanks this.

I don't think Hireright is going away, they settled for around 600K dollars without admitting guilt. The way I understand it. That allows them to continue on in business.
