I have a 91 378 with the set back front axle. I need to replace the bumper and didn't realize the bumpers for these trucks are hard to find. The current bumper was fabricated, but flimsy.
Curious to see other SBFA trucks and what bumpers you have? Also would like to see if anybody is running a grille guard bumper similar in style to the HERD bumpers.
Thanks

Here is one from a wrecked truck for 900. Its used though.
Maybe price a fab shop to make you one? If new ones are so hard to find.zx150 Thanks this. -
WOW that's a nice bumper!

It really is. For 900 though.... id want to feel and see it in person. 900 sounds low for a good piece of steel. It looks too nice for only 900. Unless it is a good bumper (solid/strong) and nobody needs it or wants it.zx150 Thanks this.

Copy that. I had a HERD bumper on a FL C120 and it was all 6061 aluminum....so 900 seems way too cheap.
Spoke with HERD and that bumper will not bolt up to my truck, mounting changed in 2002...I'm sure it could be modified but they wouldn't say. That same bumper brand new for my truck was quoted at $3400+$600 freight... Ouch! Still about the cost of a new hood and bumper I guess.Blackshack46 Thanks this.
