    Do not make the same mistake I made. Stay away from MGR and RD expidited. I was owner operator for three months and I regret every single day. Say good bye to escrow and say hello to your paycheck getting random deductions. Plus I am 100% sure they don't pay you back the deposit money if you get into their rental program through equally horrible company named compass. They collect $5000 and when you return the truck with excellent condition they will find other ways to take your deposit. Stay away while you can. I worked with them for a year three months as an owner operator I wish someone told to stay away.

    I don't think you understand what owner-operator is. It sounds like you were in a fleece-lease program.

    Sorry to hear that happened to you. There was once a time when MGR was a good company. I did a lease purchase with them and made a lot of money at that time. Back then you could own a truck with them in one year and it was a nice 2007 Volvo 670 Auto. There were good and bad times like any other company but I was treated fairly. My recruiter even pick my up in a snowstorm and dropped me at my hotel at 11:30 at night, she was really cool. I have done my research lately and they are nothing like they were but then again most places aren't. Good luck to you

    Its amazing how easy it is for people to believe one persons lies and cast judgment without knowing the facts. 99% of the people complaining are the ones who always asked for advances and then got buried in them. The ones who asked for companies help in paying repairs and then couldnt pay them back. Ive seen many stories and theyre all ######## if you ask me.
