thanks ill keep that in mind. im just trying to help him out. im still at crst and things are going slow but they are good so stop asking me whats wrong with them because to me there is no problem. my friend has five kids and needs better income than what crst offers i have no bills so im okay with it.

Yeah i just don't want someone else used and abused by the mega fleets , they are a utter disgrace to humanity.

If you're in AL , see if you can compete your school at a local college if they offer.

Then look up Wiley Sanders truck lines ... Not sure their recruitment but they will pay and treat you way better then the top 10 megas.

I got into this industry 8 years ago. I went to May and one of my buddies went to Swift. He did well, became a mentor, made good money and was home every 2 weeks.

    He liked working there...

I think the difference with him, like me, he was in his 50's, had run his own business and refused to take crap from anyone on the corporate side, especially those annoying 22 year old dispatcher girls.

Because he was able to back up his demands and refusals with consistency and dependability, he did well and got what he wanted.

He just took early retirement and still does casual driving for them.

    sassy_southern_trucker Thanks this.

Those listed above have their own cdl school.
There's more if he will already have a cdl. Will he have a cdl?
