Understand that this answer is based on extremely limited info using the dimensions as a "box"
With an engineered drawing or some detailed photos there may be other possibile configs that might allow for more reasonable heights.
19' is difficult and presents some challenges, but by no means impossible. The alternatives may reduce the height, but they add the difficulties of length, steering, and manouverability.
99 times out of 100 with these dim's and payload weight, my recommendation will be platform.PeteyFixAll, snowman_w900, passingthru69 and 1 other person Thank this. -
The load is basically a big tank 70' long, 16' in dia, with a door hinge on one end sticking out making it 18' wide.

Depending on its legs/stands, it may drop inside a perimeter frame to keep the height down, but I think 230k and 70' long is too heavy for a 19. The trailer tare will just get so darn heavy with that much well in it. Ours can't handle 230 with 50' in the well. Dual laner will handle it, but manouverability over that kind of distance I think will become an issue with that config.
Every different angle I think about this, I still keep coming back to platform.
Mammoet Houston wouldn't have too many issues handling something like this.
They have engineers on staff that will figure everything out and make presentations and arrangements with all the necessary states. They've handled bigger than this, so it's nothing new to them.PeteyFixAll Thanks this. -
They been moving a couple a week of these from new haven ct to up by Waterbury ct.
May not be as wide, but from what I recall about them the weight as length are similar.skootertrashr6, Heavy Hammer, 4mer trucker and 2 others Thank this. -
Holy Cow they're huge! Counted 18 axles
How many tires are on each axle and are the Platforms self propelled or pushed / pulled by Tractors?
Are there more Platforms off to the Right of Ur picture?johndeere4020 Thanks this. -
So I was wrong: looked a little to find the dims. Not as close as I thought at all!
I'm fired for super load planning!PeteyFixAll, IH Truck Guy, Oxbow and 3 others Thank this. -
