International 7600 vent door problem

    I have a 2007 international 7600 and im having a problem with the vent door motor. Right now its stuck on dash vents but i can move the door by hand i took the motor out and noticed it was broken so i bought a new one and tested it before i installed it and i just spins in one direction 360 degrees then stops and the controles on the dash dont do anything. Has anyone ever had this problem??

    It has to go through a calibration procedure when you first assemble it. Install the actuator and make sure it is mated with door properly. plug it in. It will re-calibrate automatically if you disconnect power to the HVAC module one way or the other. Usually just disconnect the batteries is the easiest.
