If their threatening legal action, I can only assume one thing, someone posted something they don't want known to the public, too bad for the company, it's called free speech!
If they operated with ethics, and honesty, they wouldn't have to fear stuff being leaked.

People are being tried in court this week for supposedly exercising said 1st Amendment. If it has to go all the way to Supreme court to make new case law to check and balance a reckless Corporate disregard for the law so be it.

As long as they can find drivers, (steering wheel holders,) to keep their trucks moving, they will have no reason to change. The only way to get them to change, is a total boycott of their companies. And we all know how likely that is to happen...
