    Is this a girder system?

    Suspended beam.????
Don't know enough about them, but that might be the way to keep the height down.
I've seen Perkins haul some big loads suspended without the dollies under the load.
I guess that would have to be engineered .

Yes, someone like @Heavy Hammer would have to chime in on permissible axle weights out west. But around here Diamond runs a 19 axle with 8 tires per row they can run 40,000 per row like that but don't know about California. This isn't a 19 axle I just grabbed that pic from google images.

That picture you posted has 8 tires per row not sure what it's gross capacity would be someone else will have to chime in on that.

This is what I was originally talking about,

It does steer better than a traditional 19 axle but might very well be unworkable I'm not sure.

I've been trying to find the pic of a load they hauled out of Milwaukee a few years ago.
Dimensions were similar to what the op posted. Big tank on a suspended beam.
My hard drive is a little foggy and can't remember the weight or how many axles.

    Let's face it.
No matter the configuration, it's going to be a really expensive move.
    Way above my pay grade.lol

I call those "Suspension Beams" as well. Not 100% sure what a "Girder" was, which was why I didn't comment on something I don't know anything about.
The reason I'd platform over suspension beam is that you probably need somewhere in the neighborhood of 500' of frame (250ish/side) to support 70' of load and span out to properly distribute the weight across so many axle groups fore and aft. The length get crazy fast, and the tare weight of just that much frame is #### near the weigh of the load, so you're engineering for double the load before you even start.
We all know how fussy Cali can be about trailer config'd, but they seem to like platforms...that's a driving factor in coming back to that every time I think about it.
No matter what they decide to with it, it's stratospheres above my knowledge and pay grade!

What can you get per axle on a 19 axle with the trunion axles and 8 tires per "axle" like the ones in our pictures, do you have any idea?

    4mer trucker Thanks this.
