best way to go - need help

    My husband & I recently started running our own tractor trailer. He is currently on I-81, Meadow View, VA, headed for Imperial Bag in Jersey City, New Jersey. He met a trucker that said New Jersey is really strict on where big rigs go and the Garmin could get him into some trouble. What is the best route for him to take heading north on I-81? He needs to end up at Imperial Bag & Paper at 255 Route 1 & 9, Jersey City, New Jersey. I am desperate for info!

    Best way to go is probably take 81 North into PA and then take 78 East into NJ. Follow that towards the turnpike and you can either get off at the Rte 1/9 Northbound XT, or take the turnpike North and get off of XT 15E. Take Rte 1/9 North XT past the toll, and follow your GPS from their, but make sure you stay in the right lane, no left turns in Jersey, just a lot of jughandles. Your destination will be on the southbound side.

    Take i81 to 78 east take last exit in NJ before the toll which will be 1 and 9 north left on Duncan Ave don't be worried that it says 440 heading on the 1 and 9.

    I hope he brought his lunch and maybe dinner. They are brutally slow at Imperial. I'm there once a week.
