United roads APP

    We have a horrible experience with their VTAS app. Is that the same all around or are we doing something wrong here?! All other apps for carsarrive and 1dispatch work perfectly.

    I'm also having lots of problem with app and the worst part when you need support with app their teem not answering phone. I'm personally thinking its the worst app I have ever used

    lol, it may be! They answer faster through email but still take too long. United Roads people never answer their phones. Kinda pisses me off!

    We have drivers using both. Yes I have gone through and allowed everything on the iPhones. Still doesn't work well. Matter of fact, I have a driver that had the camera disabled for the app and it worked better when it was like that! lol Now the loads just won't pull up!

    The only issues we have with the VTAS app is that when taking photos of the vehicle being picked up sometimes old pictures from previous loads show up in the camera. I called once about the issue and left a message and they did call me back the same day but a couple of hours later when i was too busy to sit down and address the matter. But I did resolved it my own way by simply clicking on additional pictures and adding my new pictures to the vehicle profile. Other than that I have no issues with this app and I think is really user friendly. I have used the 1dispatch app and it freezes all the time. I call Ready to ask and all they can tell me is that their app is for cellphone interface and because I am using a tablet is not going to work 100%. Than was a year ago. The worst experience I ever had with any app is when using Moore Transport. Once, I loaded eight units, one pickup one drop and when I got to the dealer I had to have the dealer sigh for each vehicle individually and not only sign but write with my tablet "NO DAMAGE" for each car the guy was so pissed that he screamed at me and told me to take the cars and get out. I had to call Moore who had to call the terminal manager who had to call the dealer it was a nightmare.. two hours standing there like piece of #%^. I have not loaded for them since.. I guess its a good deterrent for sub-haulers.. :confused:
