These are the heaviest I have taken up the ramps. I've only done 3 or 4 of these and forgot about this one. Most of the time they have loading ramps for these. But I remember this place did not.

Genie S-125. Ritchie specs says 44k lbs operating weight.

How about two racks? You have enough frame rails for that? One to keep chain and binders in and then the one behind that is the one you put the bulky stuff on.

    Hurst Thanks this.

    In other words TA-Da.

I hate to put something that big with that much pressure onto those thin metal. Sheesh.

In my time we throw down timber back there and allow the crawlers to find the path clawing up and onto the deck. Just a minor pause where it thinks about possibly slamming down. But ease on down somehow.

Not sure how that would work,.. the one behind the first would be in the way of the first. I like my things orderly and with easy access.

I recently added a step ladder to my rack and I have to constantly take it off out of the way. Tried putting it under my trailer once,.. 1200mi later it was horrendously disgusting,.. I didnt want to touch it.

Hurst, I stored it on top of the ramp. But then I only had one ramp, I don't think it would fit with 2 ramps.

Oh well, it was a idea.

I used to hang a hammock under the frames of that trailer thought I had it made. Ugh.

That would not work with the way mine are mounted. My trailer has small deck supports that come down to the sides of tbe frame from under the deck. I originally wanted the wider ramps, but they bumped the supports and would have had to mount the ramps lower than they are now. I feared I would drag them or hit them on something if that low. No room on top ramp for much more than 2 or 3 4x4's.

I agree there would not be enough room with 2 ramps. But if I ever do step again I might just steal your idea about laying the on the ground and pulling ahead. LOL
