Will a past suspended license prevent me from getting my CDL?

if the company is gonna take you its a sign that its not all that bad. common sense is not that common in trucking

 

Hi mgt1085 thay won't even if the suspensions was because I could not afford to pay
For the insurance because I only made enough to bay my rent, and I have all my points
On my drivers license , I really think that is so unfair.

 

best thing to do is call but most companies are like that good luck with that hope it works out

 

I just receive my dl back that we're sepended for a speeding ticket will a company hire me now or do I have to wait 6 months

 

How fast were you going, 5, 10, 15 over? You have two problems. The speeding ticket and the suspended lic.

i got my cdl A about a month ago, im currently live in NY and im moving to texas , now my only problem is that i got a few suspensions here in NY because i failed to answer and pay about 2 or 3 tickets for taillights and operating without a license at the time, i didnt know my license was suspended at the time so that was an additional ticket, basically my job was on and off so there was times i couldnt pay now i want to know when i switch my license over to texas will all of the show up if i apply for a company and if it does will i be able to get a job any where the good things i could say is i never got no DUI, no DWI, no accidents, and a moving voilation maby 3 years ago, will moving to another state give you a clean slate or they search driving record for all US STATES?

My regular dl is suspended till july 2018 do i have to wait till i am able to get my regular dl reinstated to go for my cdl..or can i get it with an sr22? Please help thank you and god bless you
