@Dirty Jeep Girl...if you were the front escort on this load and you came up on this turn, what kinds of things would @cnsper and his steer need to know?

No I did not go for it. Lol.
She came to do a job and that was it.
Plus she is an American lady..
Like I said before, I'm married to a great lady from Thailand. We have been together almost 12 years now.

Oh a test. So exciting. Well....since I don't know where this is at I would say first, take all local laws into consideration. Then as lead vehicle I would first make sure the path was clear for the truck to make that turn. In other words move ahead and stop traffic. The traffic light had turned and those lanes where turning left. So they would have cleared themselves. My job would have been to stop any others from approaching while the driver made his turn.

Just saw the rest of your post. He would need to know that I have traffic blocked and it was clear for him to turn. He would also need to know if the road narrows, has a curve, or any obstacles.

@Dirty Jeep Girl, if you Big Ronnie's rear car, and Ronnie had to do a wrong way turn from a 4 lane onto a 2 lane, where would he need you to be?

    No wrong answers btw.

Stopping on coming traffic so he can make the turn. Since I have experience stopping intersections in all directions (if local law allowed) I would probably do that. Safety for everyone needs to come first and there are to many variables turning something that large around and going from 4 to 2 lanes.

I disagree with one thing. There is a wrong answer. Doing nothing. Is wrong.

Here is a photo of the intersection. The cool thing is that I do not need an extra lane on the road i am turning onto. By doing it the way that i did I am able to complete the turn using only the right lane on. In this turn i am coming from the right and turning right or north onto Carter drive. We would stop in the right lane in front of the truck stop to start the motor on the dolly.
