Sorry you guys I meant 12/27/2016 but pretty much what happened was my dispatcher sent me a text I have an iPhone 7 I have voice commands set up on my phone the text was read out to and o had my Bluetooth in my ear I replied by speaking in my Bluetooth but even thought I used voice command which it states in the company handbook that if you have Bluetooth capabilities or voice commands capabilities they do permit cell phone use my dispatcher turned it around and said I was actually texting her whole driving like actually had the phone in my hand smh they don't have me on camera just what they assume so I've been applying to job and everywhere has turned me down even swift I am completely honest with them so yesterday I called a local company looking for otr drivers of course I got denied because I only have seven months of exp so the human resources guy was such a big help to me more if a help than cr England while we we're on the phone he asked for my information and ran my dac in the system he said that nothing showed on my dad at all it was completely empty no exp no nothing but when he ran it through a system called driver facts which does the same thing that dac report does he said the only thing that was on there was the cr England contract stating the 9 month agreement and if there we're any questions regarding the contract contact them he told me I was clean when he ran it but he said to read apply at all thkuse jobs I originally applied to and don't even say anything about the termination since it's not in dac just tell them about the contract and ask about tuition reimbursement so I can get out the contract and get a job he said my bet option would be to lie because soon as I tell employers this story bout how everything happened they're going to steer away from me because the whole thing sounds sketchy because he knows just like other carriers that cr england mess over there employees and that's grounds for a law suit especially since I have a clean record no wrecks no moving violations no tickets no nothing spotless......and it's really crazy because my contract would have been up February 18th... So I mean in need a little help here you guys I mean I have kids I need to have a job by next week and Ik with trucking companies they hurry run ur information and try to get you in....I was going to call swift, knights, and Schneider and tell them I quit due to lack of pay or home time just something regarding that I quit not the telling them I got fired any advice.

Sorry bout that, lol but it's not a ticket I don't have any tickets. No tickets wrecks or anything. They let me go because they assumed that's what I was doing. Do you think I should apply at these jobs and tell I just quit or something. I'm kinda torn, because I wanna start calling but I don't know how the systems works. You guys have more exp than me.

 

I don't want to sound like I'm recruiting, but I think my company might give you a shot with that experience. And they have weekly guarantee of $1,125 minimum.

I think it takes 30 days for the violation to reflect on your record before a company can see, so if you apply within the next 3 weeks, you'll be okay. I could be wrong, anyone can correct me on this.
