These are man made laws, but the Guy up there has His own laws and his laws are all that matters. I think the driver has a chance. I would advice the driver to apply to the companies that Chinatown posted above, I'm confident she'll get hired by one of those companies. CR England is garbage for screwing our fellow driver.Chinatown Thanks this.

Not even bluetooth? Just know walmart but didn't know any other company with that ridiculous rule
-
Don't apply to companies using dac. plain and simple. Save your criminal self. There are many local companies that have you home every night that don't use dac. There are many otr companies that do use dac.
-
Schneider has that rule.
-
But when I apply do I put that I was termed or don't say anything about it since it not showing up
-
Yeah I had my Bluetooth connected at all times as well as my phone always charging I was using my voice commands on my phone to reply back and the guy that termed me isn't an idiot he sounded no older than 30 he probably has a #### iPhone he knows it capable of that. But I'm familiar with all those companies I will apply. But when I do I put I was termed or I quit wanna go with the best choice to help me get back running otr. I love driving I have a real passion for it just me and the road and some good tunes.

New company has every right to verify past employment; old company has the right to just say that you worked there or go into detail that you violated company policy.
Do what you feel is right.
If asked, tell them you learned from your mistake and it is not risking anyone's safety in continuing to repeat. -
I'd tell anyone that asked I was using "hands free" Bluetooth and the company just "assumed" I was holding a phone.
Getsinyourblood Thanks this. -
They can't say jack diddly. All they can (Legally) say is if you're eligible for rehire or not.
