Equipment inside the truck.

I carry a grill and charcoal except for winter months when OTR.

 

Now we there we go great idea.

 

I don't think I could do OTR work again, but if I did I'd need:

Quiet and comfortable new truck
Good maintenance program
APU
No idle limits
Fridge
Microwave
TV
Decent head unit with aux input
CB radio
Company credit card for expenses
Prepass and toll passes
Few more things I can't think of now

I'd also need really good accessory pay to offset the misery of pennies per mile.

 

Call them and ask....Your already making this more difficult then need be.
