many people have posted pay stubs. But hardly none ever post them with dates of those posted checks. One could post 6- 7 checks and post only ones that look good scattered out over several weeks/months. I myself have several weeks of 12- 1300 dollar checks but also have some of only 8- 900 dollars. One could post 6- 7 $12- 1300 dollar checks. Let's see 6,7,8 checks back to back with dates with said same amounts

I don't think it really matters. Just because one person makes a certain amount doesn't mean the next person will make it. Everyone's experience is different.

Regardless of checks this company has been really good to us the past month and is very easy to deal with I'm sure the miles as a team will come up when I discuss it with my DM.

It seems most team drivers here are older or aren't trying to burnout like me and my lady are lol.

Will do. My hiring may be in jeapordy because to be hired as a new driver it says you have to have score of 85 on classroom work and 85 on road test. Seems that our road driving that we have been doing at TDI the last few days has been "graded" unbeknownst to us because our instructor said today that we all has 82 on our driving. Don't know if they will still hire me or not. This school is also making me very frustrated and angry. They don't tell us anything when it comes to what is being tested or graded. Anyway, we'll see if they will still hire me.

They have not mentioned to me about scoring, but then again, my class A was obtained through OJT many many moons ago...

Can you take your truck home on your home time or do they have places for you to park? Or is it at a terminal only? Also I hear they slip seat if you drive out of the El Paso terminal, does anyone have any info on this? Thanks.

Tell the instructor you need an 85 for the job you want. Never know, maybe cut some slack for you.

I think they want you to strictly park at terminals but we're out of the Hutchins yard which is just a drop yard however it's full 99% of the time and when I called about it the dispatcher didn't seem to really care where we parked it lol

And yes they slipseat for solo drivers when taking days off
