First Express.Stay away

Drivers do yourself a favor and stay away from first Express out of Nashville TN. Ben the recruiter is cool, but truthfully an alcoholic, and a company kiss ###. He shows up late for orientation because he's hungover. Sonny the safety director puts on the show that he's so God fearing and is very impressive with it but boy he'll screw you. If you run out of hours he magically can get you more if it benefits the company.
I went home on my weekend off I had to get to the Dr to find out I had kidney stones, the Dr wouldn't put me out of work, which yes is stupid, but Sonny wanted me to drive while taking narcotic pain meds and said to just take meds when I was on my ten hour break, like I can control when a kidney stone is going to move around. When I refused to drive like that, I was sent an email saying that they considered me quit.
The truck was in their yard, I went and got my stuff out of it, I found out later they said on my DAC that I left under a load and abandoned equipment which is lies and ########.
The owner Bo is so far stuck up his money grubbing ### that there's no talking to him, I tried, because I wanted to stay for the Miles and consistent pay. Those are the only two things positive I can say about them other than they do feed you a good lunch everyday, that's because unless you bring money with you that will be the only meal you'll get unless you beg. Overall they treat drivers good if you wanna run illegal and under the influence of narcotics.

I don't care if they see what I wrote it's all true and they could sue me for slander but what can they get.the word judgement from a judge if I don't pay I won't go to jail so who cares. I am not driving right now anyways. I speak my mind and tell the truth if it hurts them then maybe they need to evaluate things.

I don't know you and I don't know first express. Fact never heard of them. What I do know is that you can be held liable for the things you say. Have you ever heard of wage garnishment? Unless you plan on never having a job again. Making statments like these can in fact ruin another man's career. You never know where your words you post in public forums on the internet may end up. Take for example your recruiter there. I'dbe willing to bet you in fact know nothing about him or the path he has to walk every day. Unless you were there for a BAC test and seen the results with your very own eyes your better off not to assume anything let alone post your assumptions in a public forum. As far as your honesty I have very good reason to question it. I in fact have actually had kidney stones on more then 1 occasion and I can tell you even if I was a tough guy and just wanted to suck it up and drive, it would be impossible! It would be the same as a female saying she's just gonna drive through giving birth. The pain would absolutely keep you from driving and if you ever really do get kidney stones you will learn this. A doctor telling you to go ahead and drive with active kidney stones?? Lol not in this country or one who wanted to keep their license.
Sounds to me you lost a pretty good paying job. My bet would be that the company posted nothing in your DAC report that isn't true. In the future If i were you i wouldn't take my battles to public forums. Youve made it clear in so many of your libelous statements that you have no chance of winning anything more than the tittle of unemployable. .

That's good advice don't assume maybe you shouldn't be assuming either as you did several times in your post.As far as liable goes your account of what happened or even your opinion we are still protected by the constitution to speak them.

And as far as being held liable for things said in a chat room good luck trying to win that since the court has ruled that they consider chat room conversation as opinions and hyperbole

Impressive to whom? I've never been "impressed" by people of that mind-set and attitude. Disappointed, yes...but not impressed.

As for anything else you had to say.........well "written" defamation is called 'Libel' not 'Slander'.
