I like that idea. They are paying vacation to me up front. I still get my days off and just use the money they have paid me in advance. Why should they hold monies I have earned till I want my time off. Now I control my own money. Sounds like the way things should be.

When I contacted Ethan in finance / 401k he specifically said that vacation pay is rolled into the pay increase and to budget for time on vacation. The grandfathered in thing never came up and I'm not sure that it is the case.

A lot of rumors going around which I think is part of the problem. Millis could have done a much better job explaining everything before the rumour mill kicked in. I was at Trenton the other day and no one seemed to be aware of what was going on. To my knowledge the details still haven't been put out there. I haven't seen any messages. I only know what I do because I asked. If I can figure out how to cut and paste the pay scales while on my phone I will put it here. Won't be home to access a real computer until next week.

If it helps with 6 yrs experience, I'm at 47cpm in Oct 17 I'll be at 48cpm ( dreaming big lol). Family ins on millis is 73.00 weekly. Miles are decent 2200- 2800 I'm happy as long as I'm above 2100 miles a week I'm alright with that.
