I hoped that you were wearing a back support belt, which are really big and goes around you. Maybe not.
What you are feeling is probably inflammation. Have your back looked at by a proper doctor not a quack chiopractor to determine what is going on back there in your spine. It could be any number of very good physical or medical reasons for the fire in that spine of yours. They can put it out but might put you out too. lol. For example X rays can show bone loss, cracks in a disk or several or dislocations etc.
You are in your 20's this is not the time to be throwing stuff without back support belts and the like to protect your future. I know i used one all my 20's and into my 30's lumping trailers but my spine finally lost bone 20 years early because my family has a history of that sort of thing, but not expected until at least 65.
Go get it looked at, it's worth it. Backs are the one biggest thing that allows you to make a life for yourself. Once it breaks you could be either wheelchair bound or bedridden in need of expensive caregiving.
Back is killing me

If what you said about your previous experience lifting weights is true..then you should know better to warm up BEFORE you put your body into action...specially after being sitting for a couple of hours...and don't forget to strech as well AFTER....sometimes people get hurt by doing a very silly movement with their boddies than lifting heavy stuff..whatever you do take your time...ain't worth it trying ti save 2 min now and spend hours ir even day recovering...other than that BE SAFE OUT THERE DRIVER!

If you can, when you go to the dr, try to find an OD - they specialize in skeletal and muscular stuff. I had one that was working as a GP. Man, that guy worked wonders on my back and hips.

You call us "quacks" and then recommend a Chiropracter? lol (Insert loud duck sounds here) Seven years learning how to make a joint crack. Wow. Now that's real medicine!

Some in the medical profession are QUACKS BIG TIME.I called this so called doctor a quack in the ER room at the hospital. My dad had a fall at home I could not pick him up I call emergency they took him to the hospital doctor on duty looked at him and discharged him.I talked the hospital into keeping him overnight and have a real doctor look at him in the morning. He ended up there for 4 days then went to a nursing home for physical therapy. Now he's back in the hospital because of his breathing but he's almost back to normal so hopfully he will be back home today.quatto Thanks this.

Or you can quit being a ##### and realize new muscle use will cause them to hurt.
For all the others, a doc really? If I had gone to a doc for every ache or pain I would be have time to work.Dumdriver and SingingWolf Thank this. -
Short term, try a Shiatsu massage. It will hurt like the ninth level of hell, but can work wonders.
Long term, rethink your lifting practices. Then carefully evaluate the position of your seat. I see way too many drivers, crippled in pain at truck stops, because they aren't sitting UPRIGHT in their seats. They are trying to do the lowrider thing. Get over the need to be a long way from your steering wheel. Sit upright in a position that allows your arms to hang down.
Last, many companies go cheap on the seat. If you have a terrible seat then consider a Wonder Gel seat cushion.
