congrats on the acceptance! What kind of questions do you have? Prime is a really good company, I think out of all the large carriers, Prime has the most in depth training.

I've read of people being dismissed for essentially stupid reasons and also that you can be fired at anytime during that employment contract

My biggest concern is getting up there and being kicked out, or possibly getting on the truck for like 4 months and then being fired

They are very strict about not being late. On time = late. When class starts at 0700, you want to be there in your seat by 0650. Be professional, dress appropriately, and be respectful and there will be no issues.

Once your with your trainer, stay in contact with your fleet manager. If you have any concerns about your trainer or training in general, communicate that to your fm.

The only way you'll be let go is if your late, or you just can't do the job. Even if it's a performance issue, they would put you with a different trainer before sending you packing!

Your overthinking things, and are worried about something that is rare. Make sure you are honest with your background, they do hardcore background checks. If you get there and they find something you didn't tell them about, they will let you go. That's probably the #1 reason people get let go at orientation.

    Don't worry, it'll be fine.

Yes, people lie and get caught out, can't pass the drug test or just act like morons in orientation

    Think positive !
It can be stressful if you let it
It is not easy to live in a truck with a stranger
Keep a positive attitude and you will be fine

I don't have an issue with the drug test, im assuming if they've called my employers then thats fine they're ok with what they found out. I didn't lie on the application i put down all the correct employment dates and also have nothing to hide. Im just concerned about going all the way up there for them to tell me hey you're done get your own way back
