Not very good luck with them at all as in they lie thru there teeth.. BUT as far as running leagal come on really who wants to sit in a truck stop or rest area for ten hours... I heard a couple people talking the other day on how great it was that they could shop and do there laundry... I never laughd so hard... IM NOT OUT here to do my laundry and go shopping... IM out here to make money... THAT IS IT.. JUST SAYING IS ALL..

 

John J Jerue are frauds!!! We have to take them to court to get paid. They don't pay their bills. They are scam artists. Drivers Beware. Even if they offer a higher rate pay.....you will never see it. They will scam you right out of it and you will end up getting paid even less than what the smaller companies offer.....that is, if they even pay you at all. They still haven't paid us, we had to file a lawsuit.

Who cares if he never came back. I agree 100% with what he said. John J Jerue Company is a scam!!! You probably work for them, that's why you're defending them!!! Jerue ripped us off as well. We have to take them to court to get paid. They are liars! We have a signed confirmation from them, we are signed up for quick pay, but yet they are trying to tell us "we get paid when the shipper pays".
What!!! Our contract isnt with the shipper, ITS WITH JERUE. What they are doing is ILLEGALL!!! They are scams! They offer a higher pay rate than the little companies, but guess what?? In the end, you"ll end up getting paid even LESS than what the little companies offer.....thats if they even pay you at all.
No wonder Jerue is such a rich company.........they are scam artists!
Go get their side of the story......I'd love to hear that one!!! It is 100% illegal what they are doing.

wow, three posts in 2 hours, saying the same thing.

 

Back when i played the produce game i pulled quite a bit for this outfit. Never had a problem. They are not some fly by night company with zero assets, so if they don't pay you then you start the collection process and get a judgement against them. Simple as that.
