His money is his. I just pay my half of cell phone and help with groceries. I make 400 a month, pay 130 for car insurance, 100 for groceries and 80 for cell phone. Then gas money is about 50. My income is so small if im not considered low income then no one is. My brother doesn't help me we just happen to live with family members to help.

I would just explain exactly that to them. Should be fine, but of course, I am in a different job, different state. Can't promise anything.

Oh ok so just because we live together we are not considered under the same income. I thought under household income they meant all income in the house

Seems to me you can consider yourself as your own income. You pay rent and utilities.

see? that's what I was saying. Household income and family income would be different things in your situation. There may be an issue. I hope not though. Keep a good training company in mind just in case. For sure call them and ask.

Actually I live with my grandmother. She pays her bills but my brother pays his bills and helps with groceries. Then i pay my bills and help with groceries. Ill probably call a job center and ask

All this government red tape is confusing. My best bet probably would be to call and or email one of the job centers

    Lepton1 and WiggleWagon Thank this.

True, but I bet if you talk to ten government representatives you will get ten different answers.

You pay your grandmother SOMETHING to live there. Be it sharing bills or whatever. The only income you count is your own.
