So under household income just put down what I usually make times 12. Don't count my grandmother or brothers income even though we all live together

Household income is YOU and only you.
Unless you have a working spouse.

I'll bet you are not a minority of any type.

I'm not sure it could be explained any clearer. But let me try.
These questions are geared towards adults. People who support a family. (Even if it is a family of one.) They want to know your family income, not your EXTENDED FAMILY income.
You are living where you are paying some type of rent. (Even if it is just contributing to the grocery bill, or utilities.) The fact that you are renting from granny, doesn't mean you aren't paying your way.
Grandma just happens to be your landlord.
Now I'm trying to read between the lines a bit here. I'm betting that you and your brother were raised by grandmother. That doesn't matter, as long as you are of legal age and paying your own way.
You ARE of age, aren't you? If not, then you're spinning your wheels.
I doubt they would even consider you, if you are under 21, however they might have a minimum age of 18. Thing is, that there aren't many class A jobs that a person under 21 would be hired for.

.....or still live with and are supported by your parents. You are neither. You support yourself. You pay "rent" to grandma by chipping in for household bills. Would be the same if you lived with someone unrelated and you shared expenses. You only report your income and your share of the expenses.

I see my issue there are multiple meanings to the term household. One definition is everyone living under the same roof, the other is if you are filing your own taxes separately. Going by the second definition then would i count my brother if we filed our taxes together and he claimed me

Have you applied through your local unemployment office yet? They essentially control the funding process in Texas, i'm assuming it's the same for Mississippi.
If it asks for personal income, only list your own.
If it asks for household income, list everyone who lives at that address. You can have your gma fill out an additional form saying you are indigent.
I'll 2nd some of the other opinions about the benefits of company sponsored training. If a company is willing to train you, you'll be making money much quicker. Even if you decide to "jump ship" and have to repay them 5k, it's a negible amount if your annual pay increases from 12k to 40-50k.

Correct. You are "renting" a room from your grandmother. Only you live in that room, that room is your household. That is a household of one.

It wouldn't matter if your grandmother had a 10 room house and rented all ten rooms to her grandchildren. You only get one, you are responsible for one, you pay for one, by yourself.
