Night shift is what I ran running team with my father. I even kept the same schedule at home. My mom hated it at times however she loved the money we pulled in.

Why the hell do drivers want to be known by their name?! Stop buying into the marketing BS of "we are all family here". Would you prefer 'Dave' - and get treated and paid poorly, or TRK2376 with a great gig and treated like a professional.
My drivers have names: Jack####, Meathead, Dumbnuts, sounds like a real family.
