Schneider's mistreatment to their employees

You're both right -log it as you do it and it takes the time it takes be be 1 minute or an hour.

They are not stealing jobs just taking jobs that no one in their right mind would ever take or I should say keep. And yes, this phenomenon you speak of does exist. It's not exactly Bigfoot were talking about here.

 

In that instance you should be on duty as I stated log it as you do it.

My response was to being told you have to log 30 minutes all the time.

 

Just as a thing. I've never. Not once. Logged a pre trip that's longer than 15 minutes. Some included fueling. Never heard anything from either the OSR or from log review. Whoever said log 30 minutes must have been smoking the good stuff and should be drug tested immediately.
