Will you count get it a try to do what Rollin posted.if it didn't work out I believe you could sell it and get your money back at that price.good luck
-
I was actually interested in looking for a t600 but my uncle came out of no where with wanting to sell me his truck. I read a lot about the mods you can do to the mbn to make it a better engine. That's the first thing I would do. I would also like a roof fairing since I would be hauling dry van
-
For the price I would give it a go a hood and great fuel economy don't mix especially if you like to run the speed limit my 389 gets between 5.5 and 6.2 depending on the trailer I'm pulling. I guy told me once you can look kool or you can get fuel mileage guess I'd rather look lol
-
Exactly what I was thinking. Thanks
-
lol I totally agree with you on that one. I'd be more than happy getting close to 6 mpg. Staying off the gas pedal of course.blade Thanks this.

I find it hard to believe that there is any fuel efficiency difference in those two trucks thinking the difference would be in the setup or the difference between that twin turbo accert and bridge motor
-
Mods on mine for a partial unbridge. Brakesaver 2300 rpm 550/1850 6NZ CAT tune from Haney. P*D*I* extrusion honed, jet coated exhaust manifold. P*D*I* stage 1 equivalent Borg Warner turbo can't remember the part #. Fuel temp wire.

Yes I'm sure it was the set up don't remember what the rears were in the w900 anymore but the do remember w900 had a 13 speed the Pete has a 10 speed and the Pete has an c15 acert .but no I wasn't trying to say that it was because of different body style.just brought back memories of the w900 and I was never able to get any mpg out of that truckblade Thanks this.

Do the mods Rollin Coal said and keep it under 10psi boost and run it around 1450 rpms and it will get 6 easy. And it will pull hard when you need to. There's not a huge difference between a 6nz and mbn me I have no problem with mbns there a great motor when you get rid of the few quirks they have.
Bigrigmayo93 Thanks this.
