Happened to me before. Called the shop in Tobyhanna to see if they could walk me through possible solutions. When all options were exhausted I was sent to a hotel for the night. Was in Cortland, NY, and was about 20 degrees. No way I was trying to be a hero and stay in the sleeper.

I have my test scheduled for the 26th. On the pre-trip, do I have to name the stuff or can I just point to it? I have trouble remembering the names of the things I'm checking.

I did that but can't remember the name of everything. I can point to something and say looking for cracked, broken, or leaking.

I wish him luck, but I can tell you from personal experience that it is a pretty stressful spot and I found myself spacing out looking for words and stumbling along at times. It's also pretty stressful when the examiner tells you that there are 11 minutes left and you haven't even hooked up the trailer and checked anything on trailer or done the in cab portion yet, LOL.kruz1980 and BigGreenHauler Thank this.
