    I wouldn't trust them not to wait until you are as far as possible from home before coming to get the truck and leaving you stranded.

    I just saw the ad on NH CL here too today. The add says he dispatches you right after load drop. No sitting and waiting. So, my question is, why is the responsibility on the driver, if he is dispatching? He sounds like an #######, who I would not ever consider driving for. I can just see it....You completed all loads I dispatched you on last week, but you still only earned 1100! You're fired!

    Isn't that ALL trucking companies? As soon as you hop into one of their trucks as a company or "lease" driver, they have complete control over your life.

    it was the way he worded the ad, "make this much or u gotta go" umm if your dispatching me then there shouldnt be any issue should there? it just rubbed me the wrong way that is all. and if anything i thought it was pretty darn funny. maybe it shouldnt be in this section but they can move if they wish.

    Seems to me they want a driver that wants to roll instead of a driver that sits at truck stops all day if you want to make money then you got to keep rolling. To me it seems like they're just telling you the type of driver they want a driver that's going to work and wants to make money.
