how often can you get to a gym

I use Planet Fitness. $20 a month use any gym in the U.S. Open 24 hours a day, showers and lockers, clean and modern equipment. Located at open air strip malls that make parking easier.

 

Unless the gym has truck parking you will never go there.

 

Parking at the nearest big box store (Lowe's, HD, WM, Target, etc) and walking there would be a good warm-up

 

What is it with Gym's ? or is it really Jim's? Ha Ha only kidding why does one need a gym to train? You can do your sit up's quite easily while watching the TV having a beer in your sleeper cab!!! Or park in the furthest park at the truck stop and walk the longest way around to get to the shop, or better still park 3 miles away from the truck stop and walk back!!! no need for a gym mate.

 

I do an excellent work out with no gym. I do carry two barbells with 40 pounds each I can put on. But you can do it all without a gym.

If you are hell bent on going, those places you guys listed are fairly big, and will have an alley way. Just go in the back and park in the dock if your too lazy to walk.

 

Google the area where the truck stop your gonna shut down see if a gym is nearby park and hit up a Uber.

 

Lol don't drop the Dumbbells or the alarms will go off.
