Looking for the inside scoop. Preferably drivers who are still employed there. Not a whole lot on here, or Facebook, or YouTube. Thanks in advance.

 

I went ahead and joined. I really like this company. They keep me moving and they don't micromanage me. Orientation was quick. 4 were there. Whittled to 2 after a functional capacity test. After a road test and urinalysis there was truck assignment. Any issues with it were fixed promptly. After that, just a few miscellaneous videos to watch, HR paperwork to fill out, and we were on our way. If they say you're approved before you get there, you are. Kinda nice not to have to worry about that.

 

Push and pull test, working in an bended position, and stepping stairs with a heart monitor. There's a few more things but it's no biggie. I'm 6'1" 275 lbs and I passed just fine. If you're really heavy, you're gonna struggle. Both of the guys who failed were heavy.

 

Probably an honest mistake. If you ask they'll fill you in. They were pretty honest with me when I put in my app

 

Yea, if you passed it before you'll be fine. These guys were in their 50's. They'll tell you when they drop you off, there's no time limit on it, so just take it slow and focus on your heart rate. No coffee or energy drinks for a couple days beforehand. Also, GNC sells a heart health vita-pak that I always take about a week before a physical or and test.
